Jim began his career offering home design services for contractors and homeowners. In 1997 the business model changed to offering services as a design / builder working with clients from start to finish on custom home build projects. The business has completed over 250 custom homes, condominium units and renovation projects over the last 25 years.

    As a design / builder , the initial meeting with the client is to determine the scope of the project and the owners expectations with regard to schedule and budget. Based on that discussion , the projects level of design , permitting etc… can be discussed . This information can determine if the design / builder and the client can work together through the build process. The construction process should be exciting and both parties must understand communication is the key to a successful outcome.
